This site is a bit about me more about others and the communities that I work, live and play in. Mostly about the trails as seen through my eyes. The research section will entail articles that I will write on any evidence based material related to running. It could be anything from soft tissue and recovery to shoes and bio mechanics.
I was raised in a suburb outside of Ottawa and spent my childhood climbing trees, playing soccer and out running all the boys. Running became a big part of my life early on and continued through high school and University. After University I traveled west to become a massage therapist, that would prove more then a job but a career that would give me passion and love. Upon completion, I planned to move back east but the mountains, ocean and later the trails captivated and inspired me to stay. Eight years later, I am still here loving life on the trails. I work in an amazing clinic called Moveo Sport and Rehabilitation with a great team of therapists in a beautiful city called North Vancouver. I live in an equally beautiful city called Squamish with trails at your doorstep to run or bike , rivers to paddle and rocks to climb all while enjoying no traffic, great pubs and good community spirit. You might see me enjoying the more technical trails of the northshore or the super runnable trails of Squamish.
Live what you love and have fun out there!!!!
